Where The Wild Things Are...

I have found where the wild things gather in the blogosphere.

Yes that's right, I have found the a website that lists some nifty blogs written by economists. Not only that, but the blogs that are high traffic blogs. Now I haven't had a lot of time to scour them and see which ones I like, however its nifty to see the wide exchange of ideas in the field, outside the boundaries of the academic journals. It could lead to some interesting reading.

In particular interest is the following blog: http://gregmankiw.blogspot.com/ This is Greg Mankiw's blog. He has done a lot of things in the world of economics, and currently teaches at Harvard. His econ text was the very first one I picked up, and is what got me hooked on the topic.

Also, I have purchased the latest from the BNL, and so far I like it, but it is far different from the last album. The lyrics are very well written. My favorite cut so far is either "Bank Job" or "Adrift". Working in a bank, the tune "Bank Job" holds particular interest for me.
